Cailin and Jake are truly the best. They made us and our bridal party feel so comfortable and natural while taking photos. They really capture the day as it's happening and nothing ever felt too posed! They really let the day play out organically. Once we decide we're a good fit, I'll send over a booking file with all your information for your package. Once the booking file is complete we're official- and I'm here for you every step of the way for whatever you need; recommendations, timeline advice, suggestions, you name it. 30 days prior to your wedding date we'll set up a call to go over your finalized timeline, shot lists, and anything else to ensure the day is ran smoothly so you can focus on what really matters- each other.

Once you submit an initial inquiry, we'll set up a day and time where we can "meet" and discuss things further! I like to start the calls by getting to know you and your relationship; how you met, your favorite thing to do together, and anything that helps me get to know your story better! From there we'll discuss your vision for your wedding day, what's most important to you, and what you're looking for as far as photography goes.

The process
Wedding photography is a unique art form that goes beyond capturing mere images; it encapsulates the heartfelt emotions and timeless moments that unfold on one of the most significant days in a couple's life. Photos are one of the few keepsakes that last a lifetime and allow couples to revisit and relive the best day of their life. Preserving and witnessing all the hugs, kisses, and smiles of the day is an honor for me.
why wedding photography?
I'm always inspired by my surroundings whether that be the architecture, landscape, or even weather of the day. When it comes to posing, I gather a lot of inspiration from magazine covers and photo albums and strive to make my portraits look editorial and high-fashion. I'm also influenced by film photography and movies to create nostalgic and authentically candid photos. Having a mix of both modern and natural images is important to me.
what inspires you?
Almost all couples I meet tell me they're nervous to get their photo taken, and that's completely normal! I will walk you through everything and interact with you as a friend not just a photographer so you can feel super comfortable and supported throughout the experience. Ensuring I deliver a high-quality experience is just as important to me as delivering high-quality images. I incorporate lots of movement and interaction so it feels like you're simply hanging out with your significant other rather than a photoshoot.
how do you make your couples feel comfortable?
I shoot on both digital and film cameras- the best of both worlds! Most packages include film, but it can be added on to anything and everything.
what format of images do you provide?
I currently live in Utah but primarily serve the Arizona and SoCal markets. We are available to travel wherever your love takes you!
