Recently, I got to capture a stunning Southern California wedding day for the beautiful couple, Lacee and Dave! This sweet couple brought so much love and joy to their special day, and I am grateful to have been a part of capturing their precious moments.
The day started with Lacee getting ready in a stunning house with her bridesmaids. There was so much laughter and excitement in the air as the girls sipped mimosas and helped Lacee into her stunning wedding gown. Meanwhile, Dave and his groomsmen were getting ready in a separate area and enjoying some pre-wedding drinks!
As the sun started to set, it was time for the ceremony at an elegant outdoor venue surrounded by stunning green trees. Lacee walked down the aisle, arm in arm with her father, as Dave stood at the altar with tears of joy in his eyes. The heartfelt vows they exchanged were incredibly touching, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. The ambiance was absolutely magical, with string lights twinkling overhead and the sound of crashing waves in the distance.
After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate! The reception was held in a stunning indoor/outdoor venue and was decorated so beautifully. Lacee and Dave shared their first dance as husband and wife, and it was as if time stood still. Me and the bride and groom snuck away for some dreamy sunset beach portraits while the guests enjoyed cocktails.
One of my favorite parts of wedding days- reception time. An evening filled with delicious food, heartfelt speeches, and lots of dancing. These are the memories that last a lifetime.
Lacee and Dave’s Southern California wedding day was truly a day to remember. From start to finish, it was filled with love, laughter, and beautiful moments that will be cherished forever. It was an honor to capture their love story, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness and adventure. Cheers to the happy couple!
